About Quinn Porterfield

I am a Christian, wife, mom, and full time real estate agent. I build real bonds with my clients, many of whom have become close friends over the years. I serve Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding areas, including Post Falls, Rathdrum, Twin Lakes, Hauser, Blanchard, Oldtown, Priest River, Sagle, Sandpoint, Bonner's Ferry, Athol, Hayden, and more.

I got my real estate license at the end of 2020, and from 2021 to date have sold over $50m in real estate, and consistently been a top producer. I am, however; intentional to maintain a balance so that I have adequate time to dedicate to my clients and not be too busy to give them the attention they deserve.

I am a transpant myself, so I am very aware of the stress level is when moving your life from one state to another, and I'm good at giving the level of communication that will make the purchasing process as seamless as possible. My services include relocation specialist, listing specialist, and whether it is your first purchase or sale, or your twentieth, let's have fun in the process and help you acheive your next step.

Prior to real estate I was in tech sales, running a global program for a household name tech company. I have always been competitive, having played NCAA D1 collegiate athletics and graduating with a degree in Business Management.
